Finding Our Lubbock Eye Doctors Office

Our Lubbock eye doctors are quite easy to find. We are on 82nd Street between Frankford Ave and Chicago Ave. There’s a map on our website, and we’ll also help you out over the phone if you are new to the area. We are currently accepting new patients from Lubbock, Wolfforth, and Woodrow.

When you arrive at our optometry clinic, you will complete our new patient forms. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes in advance to complete the paperwork, or that you print off the forms and complete them at home. As you wait to see our optometrists, you may browse our selection of glasses and sunglasses or wait in our comfortable reception area.

Ginter Eyecare Center

Receiving Vision and Eye Care Health for the Communities of Lubbock, Wolfforth, and Woodrow

We strive to protect your eyes, both vision and health. When you come see us at Ginter Eyecare Center, you can expect professional, courteous service for all ages. We perform eye exams plus contact lens exam and fittings, but we do so much more. We provide emergency eyecare services, such as foreign body removal or eye infection treatment.

We provide comprehensive education, pre-op care and post-op care for eye surgery including LASIK, PRK, and more. Not yet ready for LASIK? That’s no problem, as we can perform corneal reshaping with overnight contact lenses.

We also help improve vision through sports vision training and computer vision syndrome treatment. With our eye doctors’ help, you can see clearly and comfortably at all times. Finally, don’t forget to bring your kids in for a pediatric eye exam. We make sure their vision is clear so they can learn, and offer full service pediatric optometry throughout Lubbock, Wolfforth and Woodrow.

What to Expect

When you visit our office, you will be warmly welcomed and we can answer any questions you may have about completing the paperwork so that Ginter Eyecare Center may see you. Our team will work together to evaluate your eyes and provide relevant eye care treatment information, review your vision benefits and payment options, fit you for glasses or contact lenses, and focus on exceeding all of your expectations. If at any time you have questions about the process or your specific health information, please ask.

Paying for Services from Our Optometrists and Opticians

We accept many types of vision insurance here at Ginter Eyecare Center. We understand you want to know whether we take your vision insurance, so why not have us check before you come. If you call us at 806-798-8820 with your vision insurance information, we can check what your plan covers. You will still need to take care of the co-payment, which is due when services are rendered.

We accept FSA or flexible spending accounts as payment for your deductible and uncovered costs. We also take payment by credit card, check, or cash. We understand that getting new glasses or disposable contact lens kits can be expensive, so we are able to offer financing options. If that’s something you would like to discuss with our optometrists, just let us know when you check in!

Is there anything else you need to know? Please email us or call us at 806-798-8820 with any questions. We look forward to meeting you!

Don’t forget to use your:

  • Flexible Spending Plans
